To purchase a package of 4 sessions at a discounted rate ($85/hr), use this form. You will then be able to book your sessions after that. Please note, the package is valid for 180 days. Cancellations after purchasing the package will be refunded minus sessions used, charged at the hourly rate of $95/hour
